Paul Franklin, Founder and Creative Director

Paul is an award-winning creative director, who previously worked with various brand agencies including Lambie-Nairn, Saffron and Heavenly through Red&White design consultancy. As Creative Director at Red&White, he has led numerous projects including the Poetry Society, British Library, Sadler’s Wells, Kodak Alaris, The Alan Turing Institute and Hawley Wharf.



Liam Lees, Designer

Liam has been a designer at Red&White for over 3 years and has been involved in a number of projects including Poetry Society, PCUK, Kodak and BT. He has a passion for type design, motion design, photography and illustration.



Anna Edmondson, Project Manager

Anna has worked on Sadler’s Wells, BT, the Alan Turing Institute and Hawley Wharf at Red&White. Before this she worked on The Royal Mail, The University of Warwick and managed brand governance at TNS.



Carolina Magro, Designer

Carolina has worked on projects such as the Alan Turing Institute, Sadler’s Wells and BT. Prior to Red&White, she worked on Disney, Cancer Research UK and various television rebrands including UKTV, Canal, SONY and Freeview.



Nima Falatoori, Design Director

Nima has worked on a wide range of projects, delivering brand identity at Red&White for projects such as On Purpose, the Alan Turing Institute and Hawley Wharf. Prior to this, Nima worked on the British Council Arts, UNCRC & Welsh Assembly, Channel 4 and the NHS.



Guy Smith, Designer

Guy has worked on a wide range of projects, from Puma campaigns and hotel branding for Philippe Starck, to exhibition curation at the Wellcome Collection and running workshops at graphic arts festival ‘Pick Me Up’.



Turlough Fortune, Senior Designer

Turlough has worked with Red&White since 2016 on a range of projects, both big and small, after working as a freelance designer with agencies across London. Previous clients include Royal Academy of Arts, Argos, John Lewis, and Witness.



Scott McNamara, Senior Designer

Scott has worked with a large variety of brands ranging from international finance and property groups to small foundations and fitness studios. Whilst at Red&White, he has worked on Sadler’s Wells, Hawley Wharf and BT.



Melissa Gillespie, Strategist

Melissa is the newest addition to our team. Previous to Red&White, she worked across the Asia-Pacific region, working on strategy for countries and government organisations. Other clients have included Sydney Opera House, WaterAid and AdvanceHE.
