Paul is an award-winning creative director and the founder of Red&White. Before the inception of R&W, he led the creative teams at Lambie-Nairn, Saffron and Heavenly. Paul also spent two years at Nokia, leading internal teams to develop and align their global brand identity system. Paul oversees all projects that come through the studio, bringing his signature style garnered from his appreciation of Swiss and Dutch design.
Liam is a D&AD award winner and also a member of the International Society of Typographic Designers. He has a passion for motion design, photography and illustration.
Anna is a meticulous and dedicated Project Manager, and the point of contact for all our projects, beginning to end. Our resident creative craftswoman, Anna also enjoys screen printing, pottery and sign writing.
Nima is a highly experienced Design Director with a keen eye and passion for detail, combined with tangible problem solving skills. He started his career designing record covers in the 90’s before moving into brand design. He has previously crafted identities for the likes of British Council Arts, Asda and Flying Tiger Copenhagen. Nima manages the wider design team and regularly captures his philosophical musings in our journal.
Guy joined us after working on an eclectic mix of projects; ranging from exhibition curation at the Wellcome Collection, branding hotels for Philippe Starck, to creating Puma marketing campaigns. He’s also run workshops at the graphic arts festival, Pick Me Up.
Starting as a designer at Pentagram, Turlough went on to work as a freelancer with various agencies across London before joining us at Red&White. Previous projects that Turlough has led have included work for Royal Academy of Arts, John Lewis, and Witness.
Melissa is the newest addition to our team. Previous to Red&White, she worked across the Asia-Pacific region for FutureBrand, working for governments and small remote islands. As a lover of words, she also makes sure all the copy leaving the studio makes sense.
