We are currently in the process of developing a place brand based in the iconic area of Camden — that combines retail with residential and cultural and that challenges the status quo on how to bring these different aspects together.
We can’t say too much more at the moment, but we can reveal some of the elements we are working on, like these amazing shots we created with stylist Aliki Kirmitsi and photographer Arthur Woodcraft.
We were asked by the client to rethink how we could visualise an ordinary timeline that gave a brief history of Camden, highlighting instances in time that made the area what it is today — such as the piano factories, ice wharf, market traders, etc. As the brand itself mirrors the location — which is steeped in a history of individualism and creativity — we decided to represent these key periods in the area’s history through stunning, abstract still-life photography, creating iconic images that tell the story of each of these important points in time.
The results are stunning and we can’t wait to use them within the project.
